Delivery terms:
  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipping on weekdays only, excluding holidays.
  • Please ensure that you do not enter a PO box as a delivery address, as deliveries from Al-Aniq require a signature upon receipt.
  • For special delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch.
  • We are not liable for redelivery attempts once the courier has attempted to make a delivery. please arrange redelivery or collection from the couriers depot yourself.
  • We are not responsible for any duties or tax incurred for international orders. For a better understanding of import duties and costs, please contact your local delivery office.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Sometimes things just aren’t meant to be, and we get that. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, we would be more than happy to exchange or refund your order subject to our terms.

  • Please note that all items must be in their original condition, accompanying all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any item that has signs of use.
  • Whilst we do not have a restocking fee, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Please choose a tracked method of return as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
  • If you would like a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt, to the original method of payment.
  • If you would like an exchange, the exchanged product will be sent out after we have received the returned item.
  • We only accept exchanges for UK customers. For international customers, we accept returns only.
  • We only accept returns within 14 days after your purchase.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Gift boxes are not refundable and not exchangeable.

Returns on personalised items

We do not accept returns for items that have been personalised or customised. In the event that the item is damaged or faulty, we can issue a replacement and have the original item collected.

    Delivery

    Firstly please accept our apologies. Whilst we endeavor to ship all orders the same day, sometimes deliveries are delayed – often the delays may be out of our control.

    If you placed an order from our shop and received the wrong product, please do get in touch and we will rectify the matter immediately. We will arrange to have the incorrect item collected as well as a replacement item shipped out immediately to you.

    No problem, our couriers will re-attempt delivery another 2 times. If after that, you are unable to take delivery of your package, please contact us to discuss your options.

    We are sorry to hear that, please contact us so that we can help. We will need your order number and email address so please have that on hand.

    Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address once an order has been placed and dispatched from our shipping center. If your order still shows processing, please contact us and we may be able to help.

    Returns

    Returns can take up to 4 working days to process. You will receive a confirmation email.

    You have 14 days from the receipt of goods to return your item. Returns are subject to the returns policy, see the requirements above.

    Items must new and unused. All original internal packaging and labels must be present. (The external shipping bag does not need to be returned). Buyer must package the return securely as we cannot be held responsible for a damaged return. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return shows any signs of use.
