We accept returns for non-personalised products subject to our terms and conditions. In a nutshell, if it’s unused, and in its original condition, you can send it back for a refund or an exchange. We don’t have a restocking fee (and rightly so!). Personalised products that have been made for you, which cannot be resold, are not eligible for returns if you have a change of mind or order an incorrect size.
